Snowbird Security specializes in property management for people with more than one home. While you travel from the Pacific Northwest to your winter sun location we will ensure your property or yacht is safe, secure and well maintained. Select our standard monthly service or upgrade to premium services to receive additional inspection points and extended video reviews of your property. Have a special situation? Then order our by request service and we will make a special trip to your location to handle any issues that may arise.

Residential Visits
When we visit your home we will video our inspection of your property to include all first level doors, windows, general property views and access points. Instances of damage are immediately reported to you via your preferred communication method (phone, e-mail or text). Basic corrections are taken per your direction.
In addition to scheduled inspections, additional inspections are conducted after significant weather events such as thunder, wind or snow storms. Videotaped inspections not involving damage are provide to you within 48 hours of our visit to your property.
Vessel Visits
Our inspection of your vessel will include mooring lines and bumper adjustments. Interiors are inspected and include sump pumps, dehumidifiers and bilge levels. As with residential properties we will inspect your vessel after any significant weather event.
